What this is

The UNCG plugins give licensed real-estate professionals access to Urban Network Capital Group's new-construction inventory, and give UNCG's sales team the means to maintain it. Access is free for agents. The plugins are operated for Urban Network Capital Group by Engentfy LLC.

Inventory is indicative, not an offer

Prices, availability, fees, delivery dates, deposit schedules and commission terms are UNCG's own figures as of the date shown on each record. They change without notice and are subject to the executed purchase and sale agreement and the condominium or association documents. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a reservation, and no home is held until UNCG confirms it in writing.

Tour requests

A request is a request. UNCG confirms the time, and the sales team may decline. Commission is payable only under UNCG's co-broke terms for the phase, which require a licensed agent and, for some phases, registration of the buyer at first visit.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give accurate professional information. Do not use the plugins to collect or transmit a buyer's personal or financial details, to scrape inventory in bulk, or to present UNCG's material as your own listing.

Fair housing

These are equal-opportunity housing products. Do not ask the assistant to filter, describe or steer by race, colour, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Urban Network Capital Group and Engentfy LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the plugins, including reliance on a figure that has since changed. Verify anything a client will act on against the contract documents.
