This page covers the UNCG plugins for agents and for the UNCG sales team, and the website at this address. The plugins are operated for Urban Network Capital Group by Engentfy LLC.
What we collect
- Your account: email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), and the date you signed up.
- Your agent card: name, brokerage, licence number and phone, if you provide them. This is professional information about you, not about your clients.
- Requests you send: the home or community, your preferred time, party size, an optional label for the buyer and any note you write.
- Activity: which searches you ran and which homes you opened, with the filters used and the time.
What we do not collect
The plugins have no field for a buyer's name, contact details, identification, finances or bank details, and you should not put them in a note. Purchase agreements are handled outside these plugins.
Who sees it
- UNCG's sales team sees, for its own inventory: your agent card, the requests you send, and your search and view activity on their homes. That is the point of the product — they need to know which licensed agents are working their communities.
- Other agents see nothing about you. Activity is never shown to another agent, and never sold or shared as a lead list.
- Processors: Supabase (database and authentication), Railway (hosting) and Cloudflare (media delivery). No advertising networks.
How long we keep it
- Account and agent card: until you ask us to delete the account.
- Requests and messages: five years, as a record of a commercial transaction.
- Activity: 24 months, then deleted.
Your choices
You can edit your agent card from the plugin at any time, disconnect the plugin from ChatGPT or Claude, or ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. Deleting the account removes your card and activity; requests already sent to a builder remain part of that builder's record.

These plugins are for licensed real-estate professionals and are not for anyone under 18.
